We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from The Apex Printers. If you are not happy with your order, please review our Return and Refund guidelines below.


1. Returns Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be in unused, original condition
  • Must include original packaging and accessories
  • Return request must be made within 30 days of delivery

Items damaged by misuse or improper handling are not eligible for return.


2. Return Process

  1. Contact us at support@theapexprinters.xyz with your order details.
  2. Our team will confirm your eligibility and provide return instructions.
  3. Ship the item back using the method we specify.
  4. Once inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection.

3. Refund Terms

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Refund processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank

4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a replacement, please complete a return and place a new order.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours
  • Provide photos of the item and packaging
  • We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost
